forth in the Historic District's Act (M.G.L. Ch. 40C) and the Salem Historic Districts Ordinance.

• Install new 4’ tall open baluster fencing at rear of property driveways per attached images with the
following option for 35 Warren Street:
o Install 3 equal sections of fencing or 3 sections of fencing with a larger center section for 18’
run of fencing at rear of driveway
• New fencing to be painted “Essex Green”
Upon completion of above approved work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is
required to document compliance with this Certificate.
