Applicant's Description of Work:for Repairing,Powerwashing,scrapping and painting,treshold,doors metal posts and
rails.The painter and I assess the place.We think it a better idea if we paint the whole first level of the
building.When facing the building front there are a few sponts that are just primed above the viper roof.
Some unfinished trim work and some mold growing.Clapboards also need some re nailing scrapping
and painting.
