As defined in the MCP, a Permanent Solution with Conditions has been achieved for this release through assessment of the release condition associated with historical fill at the site. NO remediation was warranted, but limiting conditions associated with the site release closure include the use of gardening Best Management Practices (BMPs) for non-commercial gardening in a residential setting and implementing BMPs associated with the presence of anthropogenic fill at the park site.
