MICHAEL REITER at 13 WILLOW AVENUE(Map 33, Lot 628) (R1 Zoning District),fora Special Permit per Section?
3.3.5 Nonconforming Single- and Two-Family Residen-tial Structures of the Salem Zoning Ordinance to rebuild and
replace a two (2)family home.The proposed structure will have additional dor- mers that were not with the original
structure. The public hearingwill be held on Wednesday,August 17, 2022 at 6:30 PM via remote partici- pation with
instructions to be posted to the City Calendar and the Board of Appeals page on www.salem.com no later than
August 10, 2022, in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and Chapter 107 of the Acts of
2022. Know Your Rights Under the Open Meeting Law, M.G.L. c. 30A Sections 18-25 and City Ordinance Sections 2-
