forth in the Historic District's Act (M.G.L. Ch. 40C) and the Salem Historic Districts Ordinance.

• Install new gutters and downspouts on SW corner of building with new fascia to be installed per
attached images:
o Applicant has option to install either fiberglass gutters or Duragutter extruded aluminum gutters in
ogee profile;
o Install new downspouts at interior corner and corner board, as shown on attached sketch;
o Gutters to be painted to match trim color. Downspout at center of house to be painted underlying
house color. Downspout at corner board to be painted to match trim color.
Upon completion of above approved work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is
required to document compliance with this Certificate.
