Dear Mr. Powers ;
As requested by Mr. William Monroe, I am writing to you regarding
a possible zoning violation at number 4 Carpenter Street. I believe that
this problem has been brought to your.:tattention previously.
It is my belief, based upon visual observation, that there is more
than one family living at th6,above address.
Extensive interior rennovation to this property has taken place
during the past year, and what was a first floor living room now houses
one couple; a second couple lives, or did live, on the third floor. The
owner of the property appears to have separate quarters and is often not
there.
As nearly as we can determine, there are four to six automobiles
associated with the property. The varied work schedules of the ownwrs
makes it difficult to determine exactly how many are there at present.
There are no parking spaces provided on the property; all automobiles
being parked on Carpenter Street. We must often park on another street
because of this problem. Activity at this house often starts before
'(AM and continues until after 1AM, making sleep very difficult at times.
I would appreciate any help that you may offer in correcting this
situation; it has caused considerable difficulty for those living else-
where.
V ry truly yo rs,
on
Carpenter Street
