approx. 12'-10" and rafter span ll'-0", pitch 25 deg.; for mounting of solar panels and
their installation will satisfy the shuctural roof framing design-loading requirements of I
the Massachusetts building code—780 CMR Residential Code 8th Ed.
For the installation of the solar mounting, the Unirac Solarmount rails with EcoFasten
Green-Fasten and ECO-CP-SQ Bracket with supports at 48" max. spacing and securely
fastened with 5/16" dia. x 3 '/z" SS lag screws as shown on drawing PV-A03. All I
attachments aze staggered amongst the framing members. The mounting system has been
designed for wind speed criteria of 100 mph Exp. B and ground snow criteria of 40 psf.
The Photovoltaic system and the mounting assemblies will comply with the applicable
