Gentlemen:
In response to your request for a Certificate of Inspection this
Department inspected the promises located at 259 Canal Street on
April 4, 1978•
The inspection revealed the following deficiencies that require
correction prior to the issuance of a Certificate.
1 . The roof is in poor repair and requires your immediate attention.
2. The present ceiling is in poor repair and is not .of a fire rated
material. This ceiling should be replaced with 5/8" fire coded sheet
rock.
Please be advised a building permit will be required prior to starting
the work.
Please contact Inspector William Munroe of this Department for a
re-inspection when corrections have been made.
