This proposal DOES NOT INCLUDE: Masonry,Plumbing,Painting,Staining,Landscaping,or any work to overcome unforeseen obstacles or unusual conditions at the site unless otherwise specified on this contract. Electrical, flooring and some construction processes demand access and the homeowner is responsible for providing this access to Sunspaces,Inc without delay.
