approxl7'-2" with rafter span 11'-4", pitch 27 deg.; Main Roof 2 (membrane): rough-cut
2" x 9"rafters at 18"o.c., with roof slope distance 9'-1 P', pitch 0 deg.; Main Roof 3 (one
layer composition): rough-cut 2"x 9"rafters at 18"o.c., with roof slope distance
approx.l7'-2", pitch 26 deg.; for mounting of solar panels and their installation will
satisfy the structural roof framing design-loading requirements of the Massachusetts I
building code—780 CMR Residential Code 8th Ed.
For the installation of the solar mounting for Main Roof 1 and Roof 3, the Unirac
Solarmount rails with EcoFasten Green-Fasten and ECO-CP-SQ Bracket with supports at
36" max. spacing and securely fastened with 5/16" dia. x 3 '/2" SS lag screws as shown on
drawing PV-A04. All attachments are staggered amongst the framing members. For the
