Dear Mr . Repucci :
You applied for a sign permit with the Planning
Department to install a sign at 91 Canal Street in Salem,
and installed said sign without first receiving the permit
to do so .
This department will over look the installation of
this sign prior to receiving a permit to do so , but let
this be a warning that you are not to install signs until
the sign permit has be issued . Neglecting to have permit
prior to installation will constitute a fine of $100 . 00
in the future .
