To approve the address signage, conditional upon the following: a. Address sign letters decrease in size. b. Match the capital text proportion to the North River freestanding sign capital text size. c. Type to be 6 %" tall black letters. 2. To approve the size and location of five (5) tenant signs as presented 3. To approve the proposed tenant signage for Salem Market Proposal for September 24 DRB Meeting The applicant proposes to erect the following signage: 1. Building address signage to be installed above the front entrance. Black acrylic letters will be 6" and run 6'11" across. 2. Five (5) signs to be installed above tenants' store entrances. Each sign would be 4'x1'9" with "Cushing Green" backing flush mounted, with 7" high white acrylic letters. This will be standard signage for each tenant.
