RE: 22 Calabrese Street
Dear Ms. O'Hare:
Due to constant complaints, and numerous trips to your home, by myself, I have found
the following violations;
1. Dogs must be leased or kept in a fenced in yard at all times.
2. Unregistered vehicles must be removed for the property.
3. Back yard debris must be cleaned.
4. All persons not related must be evicted from the property.
Failure to respond to these orders within fifteen (15) days will result in legal action being
taken against you in Salem District Court.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.
Sincerely, ( J //
