on its ceiling.
Item # 12: The ceiling and walls along the stairs leading to the top floor have been
patched over but have not been repainted.
Item # 15: The cross-metering violation has not been addressed.A licensed electrician
needs to be brought out to address electrical connections between the first and second
floor dwelling units, and the connections between the second floor dwelling unit and the
common areas.
NOTE: The inspector was informed that the owner hired Terminex to do routine work at
the property to address mice. Please send a copy of the contract for this service to the
inspector by mail or email.
Please correct the outstanding violations and contact this office to schedule a final re-inspection
of this apartment.
