This Department received and investigated a complaint at your property. Specifically, Trash
being left in the back of your vehicle and the use of the property for Commercial uses. Your
property is located in a R-2 District. There are no Business uses allowed in the R-2 Zone. This
constitutes a Zoning Violation. Also, at the property this moming,on the street, was a
Commercial vehicle in excess of 8600 G.V.W. The parking of Commercial Vehicles in a
Residential District violates City of Salem Traffic ordinance 55-b.
