All broken windows must be repaired 5. chimney at roof top must be repaired. (Missing bricks) 6. Facia and soffits must be repaired at roof level, also at porch level. 7. Ceiling at side porch must be repaired. 8. Clean all trash and debris. Please notify this department within fifteen (15) days upon receipt of this letter as to what course of action you will take to rectify these violations.
