Committee hot line, I conducted an inspection of the above mentioned property
and found the following violations:
1. The building is abandoned and must be made safe.
2. Repairs to gutters and downspouts must be made.
3. Rails at front entry stair must not be any further then 10"
apart from center to center.
4. All broken windows must be repaired
5. chimney at roof top must be repaired. (Missing bricks)
6. Facia and soffits must be repaired at roof level, also at porch level.
7. Ceiling at side porch must be repaired.
8. Clean all trash and debris.
Please notify this department within fifteen (15) days upon receipt of
this letter as to what course of action you will take to rectify these
violations. Failure to do so will result in legal action being taken against
you.
