DRB Recommendation At its meeting on September 3, 2014 the Design Review Board voted unanimously in favor of the proposed project to install 29 solar panel atop the roof at 30 Federal Street conditional upon the applicant adding one additional panel in the upper left- hand corner to make an even 30 panels. Staff Comment for SRA Meeting The applicant has agreed to mount a 30�h panel at the request of the DRB. The 30cn panel is not shown in the materials enclosed, but the applicant has agreed to install it. I Proposal for September 3 DRB Meeting I The applicant proposes to install an array of 29 solar panels atop the south-facing rooftop at 30 Federal Street, which can be seen while looking toward the MBTA station. According to the scope of work provided starting on page 6 of the enclosed packet, the system will be flush mounted to the roof. The enclosed rendering show ' the panels to be a dark shade of blue.
