NOTE: Applicant to provide paint color swatches on building for review and approval in the field by
Commissioners Joyce and Martinez. Should brick foundation require new painted finish, applicant to

match existing materials(wood), dimensions, details and outward appearance.
Upon completion of above approved work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is
required to document compliance with this Certificate.
