• Window restoration for de-leading purposes to be compliant with State Lead Laws
o Windows will be removed, dipped, and reinstalled intact.
o Windows will be repainted to match the existing color
o Any repairs needed to the window will be done to match existing materials.
Should any additional work be required as part of this project, the applicant must submit a new
application for review.
Upon completion of above work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is
required to document compliance with this Certificate and approved plans.
