This Department has received and confirmed complaints regarding you tenants doing automotive body work at
the above property. We have spoken directly with your tenant and the Police were called Sunday afternoon.The
property is zoned R-2 which is residential only and does not allow commercial work. . In addition to the zoning
violation, the spraying of paint outside of an approved booth violates DEP regulations and local Health
regulations. You are directed t5o cease this activity immediately upon receipt of this notice. Failure to address
these violations will result in Municipal Code tickets and further enforcement actions.
If you have any questions,please contact me directly. If you feel you are aggrieved by the zoning
determination, your appeal is to the Salem Zoning Board of Appeals
