of Work:1-Exterior Work: Exterior painting: 1.1 - Home Owners wish to change the color to either one of these choices that
might be permissible: 1.1.2 - First Choice: Sherwin-Williams SW 6192 Coastal Plain. 1.1.3 - Second Choice: Sherwin Williams SW 9146 Faded Flaxflower. 1.1.4 - Third Choice; SW 6240 Windy Blue.
2- Exterior walls: Brick walls; Reconstruction of brick walls that are fallen. Homeowners wish to
reconstruct the brick walls possibly using the bricks from the same existing walls to
keep the historical appearance. Most of the walls around the premises have been
pushed over by the growing trees hence need to be rebuilt. The only changes
proposed here are: 2.1 - Walls located on the Warren Street side shall be rebuilt to match the
appearance of the front walls located on the Pickering St. Side (Architectural
Drawings Pg. A-201, A-202) 2.2 -The walls located at the Pickering st. shall have a cap in concrete instead of
wood as the ones located on Broad st. and Warren st. to prevent maintenance and
rotten wood.
3 - Deck and porch rebuilt All Decks: boards and railings are rotten and or broken; The proposal is to rebuild
and fix where possible with the same existing footprint using the proposed
material/Lumber: 3.1 - Pressure-treated wood for the framing reinforcement; 3.1.2 - Decking boards; First choice; Composite decking boards - color TBD; 3.1.2.1 - Second Choice: Pressure-treated pine; 3.1.3 - Railings: First Choice: Composite PVC railings - color TBD; 3.1.3.1 - Second Choice; Pressure-treated pine.

-Porch facing Broad st. (Pg. AEX-202) is proposed to be screened in with removable
screens.
4 - West elevation (Pg. AD-200)
4.1 - Removal of a window (See Pic at Bottom Right). This window is located
between a tub and a toilet. The shower wall has been placed in the middle of the
window, so it does not look aesthetically right. The proposed work is to remove the
window and close the wall and patch the siding to match the existing one on the
house.
The second option, not proposed on the plans is to completely reconfigure the
bathroom fixtures in other to preserve the window. This option will require a whole
gut of the bathroom.
5 - Interior Work
5.1-Painting of the interior. Painting color TBD;
5.1.2 -Install new appliances
5.1.3- Electric updates where necessary to meet Building codes;
5.1.4- Plumbing updates for bathroom and kitchen
6-Flooring:
6.1 - Remove damaged carpets and refinish existing underlayment hardwood.
6.2 - Refinish hardwood floors.
7 - Bathrooms
7.1 - Retile bathroom shower walls and replace tiles, toilet bowls, and vanities.
8-Doors
8.1- Fix doors that aren't functioning properly
