o Condenser to be placed in rear(east)yard behind existing fence. Condenser to be positioned tight
and parallel to house.
o All line sets and electrical to be installed through interior of house. No exterior line sets and
covers to be installed.
Full design plans and materials to be submitted Commission for final review and approvalprior to request
for building permit.
Upon completion of above approved work,please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is
required to document compliance with this Certificate.
