Dear Mr. Fleming:
On behalf of the City of Salem and its tax payers , I would
like to inform you that all records in this office are public
information. All information is readily available by means of over
the counter conversation, by telephone, or in writing for additional
fees .
The property owner of lots 118, 120 Brook Street has not filed
an application for permits at this time, and I have no idea as to
when or if she might do so.
I find it no where in the M.C .L. or the City of Salem Zoning
Ordinance, or for that matter in the State Building Code that I
should notify you when a permit application is filed in this office.
We do not have the staff to notify attorneys of probable permit
applications for certain properties. Again, the files are public
information and at your disposal. :+

Dear Mr. Tremblay:
On behalf of my client, Mary Pelletier, I hereby request
notification of the issuance of any building permit for the real
property known as lots 118 , 120 Brook Street in the City of Salem.
Said notification is necessary for the protection of the appeal
rights of my client.
I would also request notification of the filing of any plan
relative to construction on said locus. Additionally, I request
any copy of any opinion issued relative to that locus.
