0.0 The following outline specification covers construollon of catwalks and access
ladders In the mechanical room in the ceiling space above the pool. The purpose
of the catwalks and access ladders is to access mechanical equipment for
maintenance and repair.
0.1 All mans and methods of construction shall be the sole responsibility of the
contractor, including all temporary bracing,support and protection of the new and '
existing structure as required to maintain as%and stable conditions.
0.2 Field verify all existing conditions. Coordinate location of catwalks and ladders
based on location of units to be accessed and support beams above, coordinate
with EMCOR to ensure that ac cesslblilty requirements are met�the
designer of any discrepancies that would affect the installation as shown.
03 Refer to sketches showing location plan and 1 through 4 for additional
Information and requirements.
0.4 All work shall Conform to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts State Building
