The property is being reguarly maintained with plans to redo exterior with assistance from the Planning Department. I have conformed with any requests the Board of Health has made. This can be stated by Bob Blenkhom, or Pavlo who has been in constant contact with me on this. The building has not been a burden as it has in previous years and I hope you will also realize this. The building next door is often neglected and seems to en- croach upon mine. If you could contact other owners in regard to landscaping and trash removal it would be appreciated.
