color will be custom gray, deep base N0893P. The south, north, east and west fagades
are currently painted or stained in custom gray. The trim will continue to be painted
white while the shutters will remain black.
If clapboards or trim show serious signs of rot or deterioration they will be
replaced/restored in kind.
