o Air sealing internal to the house, in the top plates of the attic framing and any areas that
have air gaps between the unfinished attic and living space.
o Air sealing any accessible areas of the rim joist in the basement.
o Exterior door weatherstripping and door sweep for the main entrance
o Exterior door weatherstripping and door sweep for the back entrance
o 2” thermal barrier polyiso installed in rim joist
o 2” thermal barrier polyiso installed in door
o 4” dense packed cellulose installed in walls
Should additional exterior work be required as part of this project, applicant to submit a new application for review
and approval.
Upon completion of above work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is required
to document compliance with this Certificate and approved plans.
