The proposed bar is approximately 21'-6"long x 20% 0"wide x 12'-0" high and supported by four.(4) columns. Each column will have an individual base plate anchored to the newly constructed pier. Based on the installation of 4-3/4 expansion bolts at each column of the bar canopy structure and the MA Building Code requirement for design up to 110 mph, we have determined that the proposed anchor system is adequate and meets current code requirements. As such, we certify that the anchoring of the bar canopy structure meets MA Building Code requirements.
