Dear Mr. Moms:
After a joint inspection of the above-meptioned property on January 15, 2002, the
following violations were found;
Room 11 —Electric space heater must be removed from the room
1"floor bath has loose tile and the ceiling is bulging in the middle.
Room 13 & 14 must have all debris removed from the 2nd means of egress.
Room 26 has wallpaper pealing and is to close to gas stove and must have 36" clearance
from open flame to combustible material.
Room 22 needs to have numbers on door that he uses.
Room 35 needs window repaired
Room 31 paper over stove and ceiling needs repair
3rd floor hall ceiling needs repair, ballister missing from hand rail
