The above referenced property, as it currently exists, presents a definite health hazard and is a cause for concern in the neighborhood with regards to fire liability. I am requesting this building be secured against unlawful entry and I would like to see the building professionally exterminated. There is broken glass falling from windows causing a danger to pedestrians. Also, all hazardous chemicals are to be removed from the interior of the building.
