RE: Flynn Tan-171-B5ston St.;Salem
Dear Sir or Madam:
As Inspector of Buildings for the City of Salem it is my job to insure
all buildings located in the City are kept in a good state of repair and
not present a danger to the health, welfare and safety of the public. The
above referenced property, as it currently exists, presents a definite
health hazard and is a cause for concern in the neighborhood with regards
to fire liability. I am requesting this building be secured against
unlawful entry and I would like to see the building professionally
exterminated. There is broken glass falling from windows causing a danger
to pedestrians. Also, all hazardous chemicals are to be removed from the
interior of the building.
You are hereby requested to respond within five (5) days of receipt of
this notice to inform us of your intentions to remedy this situation.
Failure to comply will result in legal action being taken.
Sincerely,
Leo E. Tremblay
