Dear Building Commissioner:
For the above-referenced multi-unit residential project, I designed the new structural framing
to resist code-prescribed loading.
I have visited the site periodically during construction. To the best of my knowledge,
information, and belief, the as-built structural framing for the roof, third floor and second
floor meets the intent of the design and is adequate to support the loads in accordance with
the Massachusetts State Building Code.
