Tremblay ' Director of Public Property Inspector of Building Zoning Enforcement Officer 1 Salem Green Salem, MA 01970 Dear Mr. Tremblay: This letter is in response to your letter of July 27, 1994 and our subsequent telephone conversation. At the Dock Outboard is a small mobile engine repair service, based at my home on 112 Bridge St. since 1987. With repect to my neighbors' complaints, no engines are run on my property before 10 am or after 6 pm and only for less than 5 minutes at a time, usually for flushing purposes. Also, as per our conversation, the tires, trailer and motors in my yard have been removed and my own personal boat has been moved to the back of my yard. I have always had a good repore with my neighbors and have never had any problems with them prior to this incident. I hope it continues. Please let me know if I can offer any further assistance in this matter. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, Matthew M.
