Upon recent inspection of the above mentioned property, it was noticed that sewerage
was backing up kitchen sink and also the base of the water closet. It was also noticed raw
sewerage through out the basement...
The Management Company was notified and said it would take care of the problems.

This office has received a complaint concerning the above mentioned
property. An inspection of the property was conducted on September 22,
1994 and the following violations were noticed:
1. Porch repairs are being performed without proper permits.
2. There were several broken and missing windows.
3. No emergency lights in common areas.
4. Hand rails missing in back hallway.
5. Hand rails must be made safe in front hallway.
Please contact this office upon receipt of this letter so we can
resolve these violations. Failure to do so will result in legal action
being taken against you.
