It was also noticed raw sewerage through out the basement... The Management Company was notified and said it would take care of the problems. An inspection of the property was conducted on September 22, 1994 and the following violations were noticed: 1. Porch repairs are being performed without proper permits. 2. There were several broken and missing windows. 3. No emergency lights in common areas. 4. Hand rails missing in back hallway. 5. Hand rails must be made safe in front hallway.
