We matched a product color that is identical to the current color of the home so no changes would be made in that regard. The profile and reveal will be replicated as close as possible to what is currently installed, but with modern installation techniques to ensure many years of protection and durability. We are looking to install JH 6 1/4" Smooth Fiber Cement pannels in Evening Blue with white trim, mounting blocks, and soffiting. We would also be installing Band Moulded PVC trim to replicate what is currently on the home and all new PVC Fascia and Rake boards. We would also be installing new gutters and shutters as well. We are not looking to change the apparence of the property, but to remove and replace the siding that is failing and crumbling off and installing a product that will add value and duribility for many years to come.
