forth in the Historic District's Act (M.G.L. Ch. 40C) and the Salem Historic Districts Ordinance.

Description of Approval of Work:
• Replace particle board siding with new Hardi plank siding to match existing 6¼” exposure and
lap/mitered corners. Color to be: “Evening Blue” or “Iron Gray”
• Replace existing window and door trim with new cellular PVC trim to replicate existing profiles and to
be brush painted white to match existing.
Upon completion of above approved work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is
required to document compliance with this Certificate.
