The following involvements were noted: Name/Business Name Involvement Type -------------------------------------------------- RYBICKI JAMES E INCIDENT COMMAND NARRATIVE:Upon arrival companies were directed by the homeowner to a washer/dryer that had an odor of smoke.Upon further investigation companies found that a belt on the dryer was rubbing and creating a hazardous condition.The unit was unplugged and the homeowner was advised to contact a technician to come out and look at the unit.
