Upon inspection, the following were noted: 7 days .500 1. Front bedroom has cracking/damaged plaster on the ceiling near the door. Repair/re-plaster any such areas. Owner to correct this violation within 7 days. 7 days .500 2. There appears to be evidence of water damage in the living room, based upon some staining and cracking over the windows. Investigate for source of any leaks and repair so leak does not reoccur: repair any damaged areas of the wall/ceiling. Owner to correct this violation within 7 days. 7 days .551 3. Middle bedroom has a ripped screen. Repair screen so it is intact/in good condition. Owner to correct this violation within 7 days. 7 days .500 4. There appears to be evidence of water damage in the middle bedroom, based on some staining over the windows. There is one carbon monoxide detector in the unit, but it does not appear to be at the appropriate distance to coverall bedrooms.Working CO detectors must be provided within ten feet of every sleeping area; provide a second CO detector. Secure railing so it is A intact and in good condition. Owner to correct this violation within 7 days. 7 days .351 7. There is a broken switch cover in the front hallway at the front entry to unit. Replace switch cover so it is intact. Owner to correct this violation within 7 days. 7 days .351 8. Kitchen faucet leaks at the bottom when turned on. There appears to be a small leak under the sink, based upon a container with some water beneath the pipe. Repair so sink is leak-free and in good condition. Owner to correct this violation within 7 days. 7 days .351 10. Bathroom faucet has a slow drip when shut off. Repair faucet so it does not drip when shut off and is in good condition. Owner to correct this violation within 7 days. 7 days .254 11. There is no accessible/working light at the top of the basement stairs. Light must be provided 24 hours a day in all stairways. Owner to correct this violation within 7 days. 24-48 hours .602 12. There is a large amount of junk/things piled up around the hot water heaters in the basement. Furnaces and hot water heaters may not have items stored up against them; remove items. Owner to correct this violation within 24-48 hours. Referred to fire prevention for follow up.
