• Repair of wood spindle fence along the Pickering Street sidewalk.
o problems include broken spindles, sections of rot, loose base rail face, flaking paint.
o work will retain the existing color, appearance, and material.
o The fence runs from a granite post at the corner of Chestnut to a gate leading to a path between the back
of the house and our Pickering Street garage.
Non-applicable due to being in-kind repair. There will be no changes in color, material, design, location, or outward
appearance.
Upon completion of above work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is required to
document compliance with this Certificate and approved plans.
