This is a chronic problem that I have reported several times.
Snow fence is not keeping it from happening(snow fence is
usually torn down within a day or so after it is put up after site is
cleaned).Is there anyway to compel the owner of this
"abandoned"property to keep it maintained and not allow
dumping on the property(or have the city take over the
property)?
