Joanne Scott asked me to e-mail you regarding 12,14,16 Cherry Street and David Carnevale. I wanted to
confirm with you that we are dealing with the same individual. The David Carnevale that currently has a
warrant out for his arrest lives in Beverly at 22 Prince Street. He is listed as the Trustee for this property.
We are looking to work with the police to have the arrest warrant executed. At the problem property
meeting this issue was addressed and Joanne indicated that you were going to try to contact Mr.
Carnevale. As we are trying to move this matter forward I was trying to get an update on the status of this
situation. Any information you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
