Additionally, there appears to be human waste on the ground in this area due to a homeless encampment in the garage. In accordance with Massachusetts General Law c.111, s122 the Salem Board of Health determines that these conditions create an imminent health hazard and public health nuisance. In accordance with Massachusetts General Law c.111, s123, you are hereby ordered to clean and properly remove all items from the garage.
