There is siding falling off the house,there are open windows and other entry points for animals and rodent to enter the property and the stairs and retaining wall in the front are collapsing and crumbling. Additionally,there is trash and debris littering the property. In accordance with Mass General Law Chapter 111,section 122,the Salem Board of Health determines that such conditions constitute a public health nuisance. Therefore,in accordance with Mass General Law Chapter 111,section 123,you are hereby 1 ordered to within 14 days of receipt of this order:to properly secure this property to prevent the entry of rodents and other animals. Repair all structural defects on the property and maintain the property free from rubbish and garbage. You must take all necessary steps to prevent this nuisance from reoccurring,Failure to do so may result in daily fines of$1000.00 for each day you knowingly violate this order. Should you be aggrieved by this Order,you have the right to request a hearing before the Board of Health. A request for such a hearing must be received in writing in this office of the Board of Health within seven(7)days of receipt of this Order.
