In accordance with Chapter II of the State Sanitary Code, 105 CMR 410.000, Minimum
Standards of Fitness for Human Habitation, a recent reinspection was conducted of your
property located at 2-4 Howard Street, conducted by David Greenbaum, Sanitarian of the
Salem Board of Health on February 27, 2009. .
All violations noted in the inspection report of February 4, 2009 have been corrected.
