Waiver from Frontage
9 and 11 Franklin Street (Map 26, Lot 375)
A Public Hearing on this petition was opened on July 22, 2021, and closed on that date with the
following Board Members present: William Griset, Kirt Rieder,Tom Furey,Todd Waller, Helen
Sides, and Noah Koretz.
11 Franklin LLC requests a waiver from frontage requirements of the Subdivision Regulations
and under MGL Chapter 41, Section 81R, specifically,for the proposed 9 Franklin Street lot,
which is being created from the division of 9 and 11 Franklin Street(existing Lot 375).
The Waiver from Frontage is granted for the property located at 9 Franklin Street. Lot A has 31
feet of frontage and Lot B has 150 feet of frontage and as shown on the plans titled, "Plan of
Land in Salem, Massachusetts, 9-11 Franklin Street," prepared by The Morin-Cameron Group,
Inc.,66 Elm Street, Danvers, Massachusetts 01923, dated July 14, 2021.
The Planning Board voted by a vote of six (6) in favor(Bill Griset, Kirt Rieder,Torn Furey,Todd
Waller, Helen Sides, and Noah Koretz), and none opposed to grant the waiver from frontage
requirements for 9 Franklin Street.
I hereby certify that a copy of this decision is on file with the City Clerk and that a copy of the
Decision and plans is on file with the Planning Board.
