On October 15,2020 the Planning Board voted eight(8)in favor(Ben Anderson,Bill Griset,Carole Hamilton,
Noah Koretz, DJ Napolitano, Kirt Rieder, Helen Sides, and Tom Furey) and none (0) opposed to endorse
"Approval under Subdivision Control Law Not Required," for the property located at 413 Essex Street and
shown on the following described plan: "409 & 413 Essex Street, Plan of Land in Salem, MA" prepared by
Hancock Associates and dated October 12,2020;and to authorize Tom Daniel, the City of Salem Director of
Planning&Community Development,per M.G.L. c.41, to 581P&81X, to endorse the plan on their behalf.

Description: Existing City owned parcel does not meet current zoning for frontage and area.Plan Subdivides
said parcel to create Parcel 1 (Area=1,103 S.F.). Parcel 1 is not to be considered a"buildable lot" as noted on
the Plan. Parcel 1 is to be combined with land of Kantorosinski to form one contiguous lot (Lot 1). Lot 2
(Area=4,432 S.F.) is the remaining land of the City.
