exemptions or limitations set forth in the Historic District's Act (M.G.L. Ch. 40C) and the Salem Historic
Districts Ordinance.

• Install two (2) condensers at rear of building per attached image. All line sets and equipment to be
placed in building interior. Line sets shall not be located on exterior of building walls.
Condensers to be placed in location not visible from a public way. Should Commission determine that
condensers are visible from a public way, Applicant to return to Commission for further approvals.
Non-applicable due to work not being visible from a public way. There will be no changes in color, material,
design, location, or outward appearance.
Upon completion of above work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is required to
document compliance with this Certificate and approved plans.
