I am proposing to construct a 2 story addition to my home located at 137 Fort Avenue,in the R1 Zoning District. Although it will be
considered 3 stories,it does not exceed the height limitations. The Zoning Ordinance has a limit of 35 feet and the proposed addition
would come in at 34 feet.
For this reason,1 am requesting:

constructed as per the plans submitted,as the enforcement of said Zoning By-Laws would involve practical difficulty or unnecessary
hardship to the Undersigned and relief may be granted without substantially derogating from the intent and purpose of the Zoning
Ordinance.
