(2)Such vehicle, trailer or boat is contained in an enclosed building or otherwise out of the view of the public or of abutters. (3)A license has been granted under M.G.L.A. c. 140 in connection with the motor vehicle business or junk business. If the city council renders a denial to the request, it shall order the authority having jurisdiction,police,fire or building department, to have the vehicle, trailer, boat removed from the property. (d)Any person violating this section shall be punished by a fine of$50.00. Each day the violation continues after a conviction shall constitute a separate offense. There is a small area, as shown on the plan in yellow, which he would like to roof over. The area totals about 75 square feet. I 've spoken with the Ward Councillor about this. He' s enthused that the building is going to be fixed up. The people at A.O.H. next door are very happy because Dan was able to resolve a problem they had in their building in connection with a line that ran through Dan's building. Could there be an interpretation made so that Dan can do his work without having to go to the Board of Appeals.
