The purpose of this visit was to provide you with a list of issues that need to be resolved before we can issue occupancy permits for units at the above address which you intend to sell as condominium apartments. Our concern is that it appears that a significant amount of work has been done without benefit of Building, Wiring and Plumbing permits and some work, especially plumbing has been in violation of current codes.
