During my visual inspection, I found the following that needs repairs; 1. Cellar windows completely broken out. 2. Side decks needs repair. 3. Trash on balconies (90% of them) 4. Gas grill on porches. 5. Propane tanks in hall. 6. Emergency exit lights in hall needs repair. If you feel aggrieved by this order, your appeal would be directed to the BBRS, State Building Code Appeals Board. Failure to respond to these orders within fifteen (15) days will result in legal action being taken against you in Salem District Court.
